A Richer, Moisturizing Vitamin C Toner for Daily Use

This quasi-drug toner combines three active ingredients - a sustained-release vitamin C derivative, an anti-inflammatory ingredient and a metabolism-supporting ingredient - to condition the skin. This Rich version is built for drier skin and the cooler months, with a citrus scent and no ethanol in the formula.

Active ingredients: L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside (sustained-release vitamin C derivative), dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, D-pantothenyl alcohol (panthenol).
