Toyo Shokuhin Rokusuke Salt White Granules 130g

This is the flagship Rokusuke white salt in granular form.
Crafted with a proprietary method, it concentrates the umami flavor of kombu (kelp), dried shiitake mushrooms, and scallops into salt.
Simply sprinkle it on rice, onigiri (rice balls), or dishes to enhance natural flavors. 
Additive-free and made in Japan.
