Hokkaido Squid, Dried Overnight for a Softer Bite
Ichiya-Boshi is whole squid air-dried overnight ("one night") using Hokkaido-caught surumeika, giving it a softer, more tender bite than fully dried squid jerky — traditionally grilled lightly before eating.
Made by Yamaei Foods, a Hokkaido seafood processor, and sold in supermarkets nationwide.
Ingredients: Squid (Hokkaido), sugar, salt, brewed vinegar, sorbitol, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, acidulant.
