Woven Chocolate with Sweet-Tart Strawberry

Strawberry, bitter and white chocolate lines are woven together for a sweet-tart fruit flavor and Sasha's signature crisp, melting texture.

Sasha is built from very fine chocolate lines, about 1.5mm thick, layered over and over - roughly 1,350 strands in all - into a piece that looks like delicate woven cloth. The name comes from the Japanese word for thin, translucent fabric. Each piece shatters with a crisp snap, then melts away.
